Our treatment exercises often include using a lock and key, picking up small items with tweezers, buttoning and zippering, opening and closing containers, and using small gadgets such as a can opener, pencil sharpener, or remote control.
We also provide interventions in the area of fine motor skills by improving the coordination of small muscles in movement with the eyes, hands, and fingers. Therapy includes activities such as: writing, tying shoes, turning door knobs, using phones, and much more.
